Character education serves as a vital effort in shaping students who uphold moral values, ethics, and personal integrity. It is a key objective in school-based education, particularly in nurturing a generation that embodies strong national character. The implementation of a school curriculum that emphasizes the reinforcement of character education functions as an essential strategy to promote a safe and supportive learning environment. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the educational program at SMA Annuqayah, particularly in the school curriculum, with a focus on strengthening students’ character education. The research employs a qualitative approach, concentrating on the implementation of learning strategies, student engagement, and school policies that support the enhancement of character education. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of the school curriculum aimed at character development has been carried out effectively. Overall, character education at SMA Annuqayah has been successfully implemented through various intracurricular activities, extracurricular programs, and the cultivation of school culture. Although there are several factors that may hinder the process of strengthening character education, these challenges serve as opportunities for the school to continuously innovate through interactive learning and by enhancing the involvement of teachers and students in academic processes.
