Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the quality of education in educational institutions. High quality education is highly dependent on effective and well-planned human resource management.  The methodology used is a literature study, by reviewing various sources, including national and international scientific journals, to gain a comprehensive understanding of this topic. The results show that organized and planned HR management can improve work commitment, efficiency, and engagement of educators and students. In addition, the implementation of appropriate HR management strategies, such as training and development, and the use of digital technology, can create a sustainable competitive advantage for educational institutions. The conclusion of this study confirms that good HR management is key to improving the quality of education, and educational institutions should be committed to continuously improving their management systems in order to provide high-quality education services to the community. This research is expected to be a reference for academics and practitioners in developing more effective HR management strategies in educational institutions.
