This study aims to analyze the impact of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) on Task-Related Green Behavior (TRGB), Voluntary Green Behavior (VGB), and Green Human Capital (GHC) in the food and beverage industry context. It also examines the mediating role of GHC in the relationship between Green HRM and TRGB as well as VGB. This study uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to process the data. The population consists of 212 employees working as restaurant crew members and baristas at four leading companies. The results show that Green HRM has a positive and significant effect on TRGB and VGB, with GHC acting as a mediator in strengthening this model. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing Green HRM and developing GHC to enhance environmentally friendly behavior in the workplace.
