Abstract
Employee performance is an essential element in supporting organizational success, yet its achievement is often influenced by work discipline and the physical work environment. This study aims to examine whether work discipline and the physical work environment determine employee performance at PT. Andalan Duta Eka Nusantara. The research employed a quantitative associative approach. The population included all company employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied so that all 87 employees were involved as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the simultaneous role of work discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance. The findings reveal that work discipline and the physical work environment jointly play an important role in determining employee performance. Employees with strong discipline supported by a comfortable, safe, and adequate physical work environment tend to demonstrate more optimal performance. These findings emphasize the importance of company policies focused on strengthening disciplinary culture and improving workplace facilities and conditions. This study recommends that the company enhance discipline monitoring and create a more conducive physical work environment to support productivity and the achievement of organizational goals.
